All of this is but a gift
this breathing, moving
buying, thriving, and building

a kind of grace bestowed upon humanity
freewill, choice, destiny, and karma
all spinning together between 
the first light 
and the last night.

Is grace alive as we are? 
Does it come with us 
all our lives and beyond?
is it everything?

Is life's sole purpose 
to supply humanity endlessly?

in being given a gift
we must cherish it 
or lose our worthiness
of receiving something
so precious, so alive. 

Our awareness, 
our self awareness 
has lead us to this
moment in time,
is that good news?
